Mat Pilates

Mat-based Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance the strength and flexibility of all muscle groups, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will be taught with slow, controlled movements. Modifications are suggested for beginners or those with physical limitations, and it is appropriate for all levels. Mat Pilates is a challenging yet safe way to lengthen and sculpt your body while also feeling more agile in your everyday movements. 

All levels are welcome.

Pilates Workout

This is an endurance class with more functional style movements that will fatigue the muscles through high repetition of each exercise with longer holds to maximize the heat. This class is designed to increase your muscular strength and tone by using the reformer, your own body weight, and whatever we can get our hands on, with Pilates attention to alignment and core details. This class has a consistent flow, so expect to leave feeling strong and empowered. *All levels are welcome.
